Throughout my career, I have seen it all — poor salon management, toxicity, lack of respect, and more. These types of environments simply don’t encourage our best work.  

I vowed early on to create spaces where stylists could feel supported and heard, lifting each other up in the spirit of camaraderie and shared goals. I firmly believe that if we as stylists feel empowered, our clients will too. Opening Summer Hours in June 2020 was the first step, but my mission doesn’t end there. I am so proud to offer a suite of resources for stylists of all levels to come together, whether you are fresh out of beauty school or a seasoned pro looking to gain a new skill. The Glow Social

is a gathering of beauty professionals to develop community within the Los Angeles area. Our goal is to start new friendships within a safe haven designed to create camaraderie. Our desire is for you to walk away feeling uplifted about topics in our industry, meet a new best friend and to grow your community through face-to-face interaction!

In Person Classes

I am very excited to offer classes that help stylists get closer to their professional goals. From color techniques to branding, each full-day class has a limited number of seats for a more supportive, intimate environment.

1:1 Coaching

As a salon owner and event coordinator, I have gained an extraordinary amount of knowledge when it comes to how to start and run a business. I offer individual coaching for aspiring entrepreneurs seeking guidance.
